Trademark Notice
SteadMark™ is a trademark of SteadMark LLC. The wordmark, the mountain trailblaze logo, and the named-but-dignified product framing are protected.
The mark consists of a mountain silhouette in cream over a teal rounded square, with a teal trail and blaze markings indicating a guided route to the summit.
Permitted use
You may use the SteadMark name in plain text when referring to the product. Press, journalists, and analysts may use the wordmark and mountain trailblaze logo in editorial contexts about SteadMark. For high-resolution assets, contact jim@steadmark.app.
Restricted use
The SteadMark wordmark and logo may not be used to imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written permission. The logo may not be modified, recolored, or combined with other marks.
Third-Party Frameworks and Marks
SteadMark references a number of established change-management frameworks developed by third parties. The names and associated marks of these frameworks remain the property of their respective owners. In particular:
- ADKAR®, Prosci®, PCT®, and Prosci Change Triangle® are registered trademarks of Prosci Inc.
- Changefirst® and PCI® (People Centered Implementation) are trademarks of Changefirst Ltd.
- Kotter's 8-Step Process, Lewin's Change Model, Bridges' Transition Model, McKinsey 7S, Kübler-Ross Change Curve, Satir Change Model, PDCA (Deming Cycle), and Nudge Theory are referenced as the work of their respective authors and organizations.
